Breathwork

Breathwork is the ideal self-care, self-love experience. This practice helps you find compassion for yourself and others while freeing your mind, body and spirit of that which no longer serves your highest self. 

Reiki

Sometimes, when we feel disconnected, blocked, or “out of energy” we need to have our energy cleansed and realigned.  Reiki is an energy healing process that uses universal energy for this purpose.  

1:1 Coaching Sessions

90 Minute Breakthrough Session

A breakthrough typically lasts 90 minutes and is designed to focus on one area or challenge in life that you want to address.  Breakthrough sessions are intended to be one-off, hyper focused on addressing underlying feelings, beliefs and memories that may be hindering you from moving beyond the matter.

Because breakthroughs are typically a single session, we focus on a single goal or issue that’s been a struggle that you want to address. Some examples of scenarios for this kind of session are:

  • finding your passion and purpose
  • better time management
  • addressing self-care, self-esteem, self-sabotage
  • overcoming a challenge in a relationship (business or personal)
  • gain clarity with next steps in an important decision
  • preparing for an event or crucial conversation

3 Month 1:1 Coaching Package 

Over this three month period, we’ll meet 2x a month for 60-90 minutes, to delve into a topic where you are looking to achieve clarity around a goal or resolving an issue. Sessions consecutively build upon each other leading to deeper understanding into your life vision, goals as well as overcoming unhelpful beliefs in order to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible! Additionally, you’ll have direct access to message me in between sessions anytime you want to ask a question, share a success, or provide an update on progress toward issue resolution or goal accomplishments!

With having several sessions, you’ll have the benefit of working on a single issue per session and/or continue building a plan to help achieve larger goals.  Examples of topics we address during our sessions are:

  • finding your passion and purpose
  • better time management
  • addressing self-care, self-esteem, self-sabotage
  • overcoming a challenge in a relationship (business or personal)
  • gain clarity with next steps in an important decision
  • preparing for an event or crucial conversation

Additionally, if you ever decide that you want to blend a session to be part breathwork and part coaching, that is an option you can use anytime during the course of us working together

Breathwork & Reiki

1:1 Breathwork Session and Energy Release 

Breathwork is used to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During this session we will intentionally change your breathing pattern to be full bodied. Every one experiences the benefits of a breathwork differently, you may feel relief in your body/physically, mind/emotions, and/or spirit. You may feel all of it, some of it, or just have a really relaxing experience that brings you a sense of calm. It is all good!

Breathwork is done lying down on your back in a comfortable position in a place where you can be undisturbed during the process. It’s recommended to also have an eye pillow or mask to help block the light, and if you’re attending the session online, earphones/earbuds to help eliminate any outside sounds. Then, music will be played to help motivate, relax and release anything that’s stuck. This is a guided process that can be powerful and can be profound. Although at first it may feel a little challenging doing the 3-part breath  at first, you’ll quickly find your rhythm.

Everyone experiences breathwork differently and each session can have a different result for you. With that said, here are some of the benefits that breathwork is known for: 

  • Ability to manifest greater abundance
  • Emotional balance
  • Deep healing of emotional wounds, grief, and traumas
  • Access to expanded states of consciousness, including higher guidance and clarity
  • Transcendence of the mind and emotions; awakening to the truth of who you really are

The same goes with breathwork – with a regular practice, you are able to more easily release what doesn’t serve you any longer and bring more of what will! Reiki Session

Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing technique that helps remove blockages and help activate your natural healing processes and restore emotional well-being. Since reiki is energy work, distance healing is also possible – it’s really quite amazing!
