1:1 Life Coaching

We all need some objective accountability and someone to help us get out of our own way to accomplish the greatest version of ourselves. 


Breathwork is the ideal self-care, self-love experience. This practice helps you find compassion for yourself and others while freeing your mind, body and spirit of that which no longer serves your highest self. 

1:1 Coaching Sessions

Introductory Session

An introductory session is designed for us to get to meet and discuss your goals, what you’re looking for in a coach, and for us to get to know each other and see if it’s a fit!


3 Month 1:1 Coaching Package 

Over this three month period, we’ll meet once a week to delve into a topic where you are looking to achieve clarity around a goal or resolving an issue. Sessions consecutively build upon each other leading to deeper understanding into your life vision, goals as well as overcoming unhelpful beliefs in order to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible! Additionally, you’ll have direct access to message me in between sessions anytime you want to ask a question, share a success, or provide an update on progress toward issue resolution or goal accomplishments!

More Details

With having several sessions, you’ll have the benefit of working on a single issue per session and/or continue building a plan to help achieve larger goals.  Examples of topics we address during our sessions are:

  • finding your passion and purpose
  • better time management
  • addressing self-care, self-esteem, self-sabotage
  • overcoming a challenge in a relationship (business or personal)
  • gain clarity with next steps in an important decision
  • preparing for an event or crucial conversation

Additionally, if you ever decide that you want to blend a session to be part breathwork and part coaching, that is an option you can use anytime during the course of us working together


Monthly Online Group Sessions

Join other beautiful souls who set aside one hour on the first Sunday of each month for the ultimate self-care practice! Sessions are intentionally kept small to keep the space more intimate and safe. This is a great option for those who may be new to breathwork, or prefer to be in sessions where sharing experiences is optional (I feel you my fellow introverts!). 


1:1 Breathwork Session 

Breathwork is used to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During this session we will intentionally change your breathing pattern to be full bodied. Every one experiences the benefits of a breathwork differently, you may feel relief in your body/physically, mind/emotions, and/or spirit. You may feel all of it, some of it, or just have a really relaxing experience that brings you a sense of calm. It is all good!


More Details

Breathwork is done lying down on your back in a comfortable position in a place where you can be undisturbed during the process. It’s recommended to also have an eye pillow or mask to help block the light, and if you’re attending the session online, earphones/earbuds to help eliminate any outside sounds. Then, music will be played to help motivate, relax and release anything that’s stuck. This is a guided process that can be powerful and can be profound. Although at first it may feel a little challenging doing the 3-part breath  at first, you’ll quickly find your rhythm.

Everyone experiences breathwork differently and each session can have a different result for you. With that said, here are some of the benefits that breathwork is known for:

If you’ve tried breathwork before, you’ve likely experienced some of these, and if you haven’t, it’s time. 

Group Breathwork Facilitation

This option is for anyone who like to have a breathwork session conducted for their own group/audience. After booking, I’ll reach out to learn more about the group, the intention, and any other relevant details so I can customize the session accordingly. A session could include removing energy blocks, cord cutting, time techniques, and/or incorporating crystal singing bowls. Additionally, I will create a Spotify music playlist that I will share with you that you can pass on to your group afterwards!
